Coming to the Wairarapa and need quality accommodation with a homely feel? Stay at 'Lismore Country Homestead. You'll have your own guest wing where there are two bedrooms separate from the rest of the house. One bedroom has a Queen room and the other two single beds. Guests have the use of their own bathroom. Your host is Robyn, a retired teacher and expreienced host. Lismore has a large garden and lots of animals - including sheet, cows, ducks, quails and cats. Ideal accommodation for those exploring the Rimutaka Cycle Trail or needing accommodation near Featherston or Martinborough. Featherston has a number of historic museums and is near the shores of Lake Wairarapa and Palliser Bay. There are native fur seals and the Putangirua Pinnacles, which were in the 'Return of the King' movie.
