La Sassa was an awesome place to stay. Bev and Kev were perfect hosts - so friendly and welcoming to us. We stayed whilst the weather was hot in Paihia and perfect. The views from the unit were just wonderful! Super clean and modern - a fantastic place to stay for a wee treat to yourself!!

Warm, clean and comfortable. Short walk to town and Waitangi Treaty grounds. The bed was great, and Bev replaced the towels daily. Bev and Kevin were really friendly and full of useful local information. Would definitely stay here again, hopefully in the warmer weather😆😆

Bev & Kevin are the warmest of hosts! Their studio is spacious and comfortable and the location is excellent. The view is lovely and it’s nice to be up high away from the busyness of the waterfront below.
