Nestled among the hills a minutes walk away from Lake Rotoehu is the Back of Beyond Cottage holiday accommodation. There's nothing better than arriving in the evening to a subtly lit, peaceful space warmed by the wood fire. It's so easy to settle into the cosy couches, unwinding from the past weeks. In the morning you may awaken early and take advantage of the lakes proximity by going fishing, or sleep for as long as you need to, and take the chance to replenish your reserves. Start the day with a most delicious breakfast – take your pick from eggs, mushrooms, bacon, tomato, yogurt, cereals and more. The Cottage has two bedrooms, with a fully equipped kitchen, lounge, decks and fully fenced large yard. Transfers to and from Rotorua International Airport and full breakfast are included in your daily rate. Dinner, as prepared by your Chef host, will include complimentary pre-dinner drinks and wine also available at $100 for two people. (Special diets are catered for!). You'll be treated like a celebrity! This delightful setting is not far from one of the filming locations for China's TV show 'Daddy where are we going? which was filmed in New Zealand in 2014.
